These technical support teams will be deployed in states with an identified need for improved quality assurance in interviewing, re-interviewing, and making student MEP eligibility determinations.
IRRC is a capacity building project designed to help states be more consistent in the way families are interviewed and how eligibility for MEP services is determined. One focus of the project will be in helping states ensure they have high quality systems in place for their state ID&R plans.These systems will be adaptable for states of all sizes with diverse state and local projects.
There are 14 member states in IRRC, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
